I\u2019m 60 years old, but many people around me are surprised when they hear my age. \u201cYou look younger, fresh, and confident,\u201d they often tell me.<\/p>\n

Of course, I understand that the years take their toll: my body has changed, I\u2019ve gained a few extra pounds, and my skin isn\u2019t as firm as it used to be. But you know what? I\u2019ve learned to love myself at any age and at any weight. And most importantly\u2014I\u2019m not ashamed of my body.<\/p>\n
