Lizzo has been very open about her weight loss path by posting recipes, workout plans, and healthy living advice.<\/p>\n

Last year, the singer replied to a TikTok video where the author said that not everyone works out to lose weight, and she agreed.<\/p>\n

Explaining that she simply wants to be healthy and focus on her mental health, the singer said (per\u00a0Today<\/a>):\u00a0\u201cI think a lot of people see a fat person that way and immediately just assume everything they\u2019re doing is to be thin.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
