On the shelf stood a plastic bottle with a bright cap. He thought it was juice \u2014 just like the kind his mom sometimes gave him. He grabbed it with his little hands, twisted off the cap, and took several big gulps.<\/p>\n

A few minutes later, he felt his throat burning, as if fire had erupted inside him. He started coughing, his face turned pale, and he sank to the floor, hugging his teddy bear.<\/p>\n
