Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking. She was the light that lifted so many survivors.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the end, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it became unbearable for Virginia to handle its weight.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Giuffre was discovered unconscious at a residence in the Neergabby neighborhood on Friday, April 25, according to West Australia police.<\/p>\n

\u201cPolice and St John Western Australia attended and provided emergency first aid. Sadly, the 41-year-old woman was declared deceased at the scene,\u201d<\/strong> a police spokesperson said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe death is being investigated by Major Crime detectives; early indication is the death is not suspicious.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Giuffre, she was \u2018forced to have sex\u2019 with Prince Andrew at Epstein\u2019s New York apartment after being sex trafficked to him at the age of 17 by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.<\/p>\n

All accusations against Prince Andrew are refuted.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Giuffre did not acknowledge any wrongdoing as part of the 2022 financial deal he and the Royal agreed out of court.<\/span>

While awaiting trial on sex trafficking allegations in 2019, Epstein committed suicide while incarcerated. Maxwell was given a 20-year prison sentence in 2022 for her involvement in the sexual assault of underage females.<\/p>\n

Giuffre told her Instagram followers three weeks ago that she had been in a car accident and was given \u201cfour days to live\u201d<\/strong> due to \u201ckidney renal failure\u201d<\/strong> as a result of the collision.<\/p>\n

She shared several pictures of her injuries, including severe facial bruises, along with the news.<\/p>\n

Local authorities, however, had denied the accident\u2019s seriousness, calling it a \u201cminor crash\u201d<\/strong>with \u201cno reported injuries.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Ocean Reef, close to Perth, Giuffre had been accused of violating a family violence restraining order a month prior due to rumors of conflict between her and her estranged husband Robert.<\/p>\n

She did not enter a plea during the initial hearing of her case on March 14 at the Joondalup Magistrates\u2019 Court in northern Perth.<\/p>\n

According to Western Australia Courts, the case was postponed until June 11 for a plea hearing. At the time, Giuffre\u2019s agent stated that she \u201clooks forward to defending herself against [Robert\u2019s] malicious claim.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
