The findings suggested that people with a\u00a0history of\u00a0insufficient sleep had a\u00a0significantly higher risk of\u00a0developing constipation, highlighting the importance of\u00a0sleep quality in\u00a0gastrointestinal health.<\/p>\n<p>The amount of\u00a0sleep a\u00a0person needs varies based on\u00a0multiple factors. \u201cA\u00a0healthy adult usually needs around 7\u00a0to\u00a09\u00a0hours of\u00a0sleep,\u201d the NHS advises. However, individual requirements differ depending on\u00a0factors such as\u00a0age, health, and personal circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>Some people naturally require more sleep than others.
