On Sunday night, Tom Brady will cap the first season of a 10-year, $375million deal with Fox Sports by calling his very first\u00a0Super Bowl<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Travis Kelce<\/span>\u00a0is among those to have voiced his support for the former quarterback, calling him an \u2018awesome\u2019 broadcaster. \u2018I love listening to his insights,\u2019 the\u00a0Kansas<\/span>\u00a0City Chiefs tight end told DailyMail.com in\u00a0New Orleans<\/span>\u00a0this week.<\/p>\n

But Brady\u2019s position at Fox Sports has come under increasing scrutiny. Not just because of his performance behind the microphone. But also because of his role with the Raiders.<\/p>\n

The 47-year-old is a minority investor in\u00a0Las Vegas<\/span>\u00a0but owner Mark Davis has said Brady will have a \u2018huge voice\u2019 in the future of the franchise.<\/p>\n

He reportedly played a key role in the appointment of the team\u2019s new head coach, Pete Carroll, and is expected to help choose the team\u2019s next quarterback.<\/p>\n

It has sparked accusations of a conflict of interest. Ahead of the biggest game of Brady\u2019s new career, DailyMail.com spoke to NFL players and broadcasters about the controversy.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t think anything of it. I think Tom loves the game of football, and I think more than anything, he\u2019s going to continue to show that love with how he broadcasts the game.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve listened to some of the games I\u2019ve been able to see. And truly, to see the perspective that he gives, it sounds like a quarterback talking about football, and I think it\u2019s really cool for the fans to be able to see.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t think there\u2019s any conflict of interest, because more than just being an owner, he\u2019s a person that loves the game of football and wants to continue to see it move forward.<\/p>\n

On whether he would be object to being interviewed by Brady if the Raiders improved\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

No I don\u2019t see anything like that. The rules that they have \u2013 where he\u2019s not seeing practices and stuff like that \u2013 are enough. I\u2019m not worried about what he says on the broadcast.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s going to talk about football. He\u2019s talking about the game that he loves, and he\u2019ll continue to try and push it forward. And the Raiders are always a threat to us. Every game we play against him is a tightly-contested battle.<\/p>\n

I know they\u2019re going to continue to get better and better. Coach (Pete) Carroll is going to install a culture in that building. So the AFC West is going to be a tough division.<\/p>\n

If anyone can handle the situation, it\u2019s\u00a0Tom Brady<\/span>. I don\u2019t think there should be any criticism.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s the best to ever play the game. He deserves to have ownership in the team. He deserves to be able to commentate on games at the same time as well.<\/p>\n

The restrictions on him \u2013 not being able to go to practice and the facilities is totally understandable. That\u2019s fair.<\/p>\n

But anything else? There should be no problem with it. And there should be no criticism. He\u2019s doing an excellent job being able to handle both. And that\u2019s Tom Brady. He won\u2019t put anything on his plate that he couldn\u2019t handle.<\/p>\n

How hard he works. I think the key to greatness is the work you put in when no one\u2019s watching. And I\u2019ve been able to have a front-row seat to that. It\u2019s pretty cool.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no certification for it. Nothing.\u2019<\/p>\n

The only thing you have is: \u2018Okay, I have work ethic to try and figure it out.\u2019 And he\u2019s been a grunt. It\u2019s been pretty cool to see.<\/p>\n

On what Brady has been doing to learn and improve\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Everything. The way he sees the game is different. But also (he\u2019s) learning how to talk as a broadcaster \u2013 he\u2019s putting in the reps.<\/p>\n

You can\u2019t just go out there and talk like you normally would. You have to have things in 12-second bursts. That\u2019s hard. So he\u2019s working at that, he\u2019s working on when to pause\u2026 there are little things about being a broadcaster people don\u2019t really understand.<\/p>\n

You can\u2019t just have a one-minute, run-on sentence. It doesn\u2019t work like that. (But) how do you figure that out? You got to work at it. So he\u2019s working at all these little things that people have no idea about.<\/p>\n

On where Brady will be at the end of his 10-year deal\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All I\u2019ve seen is him be great. That\u2019s it. He\u2019s great now and I think he\u2019ll go down as one of the best.<\/p>\n
