A few weeks later, fate dealt them another card. An ultrasound revealed not one heartbeat, but two. Twins.

Olivia’s pregnancy was a trial. Her age made the journey arduous, and she spent most of the second and third trimesters on bed rest. But the struggle was forgotten the moment she heard their first cries. Two perfect, beautiful princesses, identical in every way. They named them after their grandmothers: Katherine and Anna. Kate and Anna.

Life became a beautiful, chaotic whirlwind of sleepless nights, endless diapers, and a love so profound it physically ached. The girls grew, healthy and bright, often seeming years ahead of their peers. They were two halves of a single soul. Yet, for all their identical features, their spirits danced to different rhythms.
