I wrapped her in a blanket, offered her hot tea, and gently tried to calm her down. She stayed with me for several days while we figured out what to do next. Together, we contacted real estate agents to sell her house, and we found her a good retirement home where she could live safely and peacefully.

A New Beginning

Within a week, she had already settled into her new home. She spoke with neighbors, laughed with them, and walked freely in the yard without fear. For the first time in years, I saw joy glowing in her eyes.

At last, the quiet and modest woman I had always known could live her days in peace—free from fear, free from harm, finally surrounded by safety and happiness.
