This morning, as usual, I went to the nearby supermarket to buy some groceries for breakfast. Among other things, I grabbed a bottle of milk — just the usual kind, the same brand I always buy. I won’t mention the store or the brand name, because even thinking about it now makes me feel uneasy.
In the mornings, my kids love drinking a cup of warm milk before school — it’s become a little family ritual for us. That day, everything seemed normal: I put the kettle on, took out the mugs, and opened the new bottle.
