But it was during those years that she developed the desire to transform her body — to turn it into a canvas on which she could express her inner world.

Esperance got her first tattoo at the age of 21. That step marked the beginning of a journey that would change her life forever. Gradually, new designs appeared on her skin — symbols, patterns, entire compositions.

But she didn’t stop with tattoos: she became fascinated with more radical forms of body modification.

Today, 99.98% of her skin is covered in tattoos. Ink covers literally everything: her face, tongue, gums, eyelids, even her eyeballs and intimate areas.

She underwent dozens of procedures, including implants, piercings, incisions, and alterations to the shape of her ears, nose, and other parts of her body. In total, 89 different modifications have been documented on Esperance.
