You can do this by soaking it in hot water, or simply putting a hot compress on the towel and letting it stay there for 10-15 minutes before applying any pressure to your nose/forehead area. Apply warm compresses to affected areas every night when you go to bed (or at least before bed).
This will help loosen any dirt or dead skin cells so that they can be brushed away easily with a gentle hand washcloth or cotton ball soaked in warm water, then gently squeezed out from under
the nose and around the forehead until all excess fluid has been removed from pores—and hopefully,
no more stubborn blockages remain! Be ready for the aftercare
