Arellano was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident,

and her companion sustained major injuries as a result of the automobile flipping over due to the rainy weather.

The severely damaged vehicle can be seen in

photographs taken after the collision resting on its side against a wall while being covered by an orange sheet.

Arellano, a daughter of four and a rising star in the music industry,

was praised for her ability to combine classic Latin American sounds with contemporary approaches.

Her passing was verified by the Municipality of Chanco,

which offered the following statement:

“Ivana personified the spirit of public service with passion and love.”

Additionally, they stated,

“Your departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, but your legacy will endure through the course of time.”

Curanipe Parish Cemetery was the location of her funeral service,

which took place on June 17 and was attended by her family,

friends, and fans. Gratitude was expressed by the Municipality of Chanco, which stated,

“Thank you, Ivana, for providing us with days that are filled with light and happiness.”
