The Flight Attendantstar’s trainer, Ryan Sorenson, recently posted a high-energy clip from one of their latest workouts—and it looked seriously intense. Decked out in a tank top and black leggings, Kaley powered through the session with visible strength… and a seemingly endless rotation of hairstyles.
“We only know one speed,” Sorenson joked in the caption. The video showcased Kaley crushing a range of exercises, from jump rope drills and medicine ball sit-ups to heavy lifting. She joined in on the fun in the comments, playfully calling out the many hairstyle changes captured in the footage

“I go all in with one thing, like yoga every day for a week, and then I’m like, ‘I need to change it up,’” she once told Women’s Health. “Next, it’s SoulCycle non-stop—then I switch again.”
When it comes to nutrition, though, Kaley sticks to her habits. Her day always starts with coffee and peanut butter toast, and she’s so committed to that combo that she actually travels with her own toaster. No joke.
Her midday meals often include tuna wraps, smoothies, or Luna bars, while dinner tends to be something like grilled salmon, baked potatoes, and veggies. Whether it’s her workouts or her meals, Kaley clearly gives 100%—and fans love her all the more for it.
