My husband’s mistress came to me to change her appearance, without suspecting who I really was: she showed me an old photo of me and said, “I want to look better than this old woman so my man will finally leave her” 😨🫣

I simply smiled, and during the plastic surgery I did something she never expected… 😱

I didn’t tell my husband’s mistress that I was the very famous plastic surgeon she had come to for a consultation. Wearing a mask and surgical gown, she didn’t recognize me. She sat across from me, confident, with a faint smile on her lips, completely unaware of who was looking at her at that moment.

She took out her phone, scrolled through the photos, and pointed at the screen.

“I want to look better than this woman,” she said calmly. “She’s my boyfriend’s wife. Make me younger, more beautiful. Let him finally leave her.”

On the screen was me. Tired, after a long, exhausting workday, with my hair pulled back and no makeup. A photo of me that, as it turned out, had been taken secretly.

I felt everything tighten inside me, but my face remained calm. Behind the mask, I simply nodded and smiled with my eyes. She went on talking, not choosing her words.

She called me an old woman, said my husband stayed with me only because of the children, and that he had long been tired of looking at me.

After a few minutes, she handed me the card for payment. It had my husband’s name on it. At that moment, everything became completely clear.

I told her that I understood her wishes and that we could achieve an impressive result. I promised to turn her into a true masterpiece. My husband’s mistress left satisfied, convinced that she would soon wake up with a face that would make me cry with envy.

In the operating room, I worked silently and with full concentration. I did not cross any medical boundaries or break a single rule, but I did everything in a way that would make her regret her actions.

After the surgery, I ordered that she not be given any mirrors or a phone. I personally supervised her recovery and went into her room every day, watching as she waited for the moment she would see her new face.

When the time came to remove the bandages and my husband’s mistress finally looked at herself in the mirror, she was horrified by what she saw, by what I had done to her… 😢😲 It’s important for me to know your opinion: did I do the right thing with traitors? I tell the continuation in the first comment 👇👇

She stared at herself and couldn’t understand why she was seeing in the mirror exactly the face she hated so much.

During the surgery, I had done exactly what she asked: I made her look like me. A slight asymmetry. A tired look. The very appearance she had mocked and tried so hard to surpass.

She slowly looked up at me and whispered that something had gone wrong. For the first time, there was panic in her voice. I calmly replied that the operation had gone perfectly and that the result fully matched what she had requested.

The mistress looked at the mirror again. For a few seconds she was silent, as if trying to comprehend what she was seeing. Then her face twisted in horror.

She suddenly realized that she wasn’t looking at a new face, but at an exact copy of the woman she had always mocked with such contempt.

She screamed. First from pain, then from rage. She cried, demanded that everything be fixed immediately, begged for anything to be done. I listened calmly and told her that now she looked exactly the way she had wanted to look.

A few weeks later, my husband saw her and left her immediately.

At that moment, the mistress realized that she had lost not only her former reflection, but also the man for whom all of this had begun.
