At one point he managed to grab a thin branch sticking out of the water. He pulled his wife closer, helping her to stay afloat. For several agonizing minutes they fought against the river, shouting and calling for help. But there was no one around.

Suddenly the man noticed movement behind him. He turned — and froze. A huge elephant was walking straight towards them. Its dark body towered above the water, and it seemed like it wanted to harm them. The woman screamed in terror — they were sure it was the end.

But when the elephant finally reached them, something unexpected happened 😨😱
