All because a few days earlier, the pensioner, while trying to check the weather forecast on his phone, had accidentally clicked on an ad and unknowingly signed up for a one-month bread delivery subscription.

He himself didn’t even understand how it had happened – it seemed like he had just “tapped the wrong place.” But in reality, he had subscribed to a trial plan.

When he heard the explanation, he wasn’t sure whether to sigh with relief or get angry. They refunded his money and canceled the subscription, but the uneasy feeling remained.

And the bread that lay at home he never dared to taste – those loaves looked far too sinister.
